Drawn in by an animated neon sign, Bing and Bong arrive at a nickelodeon. Bong cranks the handle, and Bing is able to view the simple animation of a Charlie Chaplin Flocker on a diving board. Excited, Bong cranks the handle faster and faster, causing the image to blur and the nickelodeon to fall apart!
